A chilling incident unfolded in Indore where two bodies of a husband and wife were found inside a house on Thursday. Neighbours alerted the police after a foul smell began coming from the house. Bodies found on bed and bathroom When police reached the spot and entered the house, the husband was found lying on the bed, while the wife was found in the bathroom. The bodies are believed to be around 15 days old. Bodies sent for port mortem Police have sent both bodies for post-mortem examination. The incident is from the Satellite Junction area under Lasudia police station limits in Indore. According to station in-charge Taresh Soni, the deceased has been identified as Kanhaiya, while the woman’s name is yet to be confirmed. According to reports, Kanhaiya was paralysed and his wife was not mentally stable. Police are questioning people in the neighbourhood. Foul smell noticed from the balcony Residents said the woman was last seen on October 26. For the past two to three days, neighbours had been discussing that the couple had not been seen. On Tuesday, some people gathered and looked into the first floor from the balcony, where a foul smell was coming from. The police were then informed. The couple had been living at Satellite Junction since 2016. The husband had suffered a paralytic stroke four months ago.
