After the car explosion near Red Fort in Delhi, Madhya Pradesh has been placed on high alert. Cities including Bhopal, Indore, Ujjain, Gwalior, and Jabalpur are witnessing intensified police security checks. The Delhi blast near the Red Fort killed 11 people and injured 24, prompting authorities to step up vigilance across other states. Ujjain security measures SP Pradeep Sharma stated that officers have been instructed to carry out special inspection drives. Given the large crowds at Mahakal Temple and other temples, Ujjain police are maintaining heightened vigilance to ensure public safety. Security checks in other cities In Indore, the Rajwada area is under special watch, and Gwalior along with other cities is seeing continuous police checks at crowded and sensitive locations.
