After the matter came to the media, hospital superintendent Dr. Rahul Mishra formed a three-member investigation team. The investigation team has submitted its report to the superintendent. The report clearly states that there was a severe lack of coordination between departments in starting the treatment of the injured teenager, which cost the teenager his life. Despite the negligence being exposed in the investigation report, no concrete action has been taken against the responsible individuals.
