Four armed miscreants opened fire at a house in Madhya Pradesh’s Morena district, firing 16 rounds in just two minutes. The homeowner managed to save his life by taking cover. The accused fled the spot after the attack. The entire incident was captured on CCTV cameras. The case pertains to Azad Nagar Colony. According to information, at around 10:55 pm on Sunday, four miscreants arrived on two motorcycles in Morena city’s Azad Nagar Colony. Their target was the house of local resident Radheshyam. After reaching the house, the accused first rammed their motorcycle into the gate of the house and immediately started firing. The accused first fired 9 rounds of bullets The CCTV footage clearly shows the miscreants stopping in front of the house and then opening fire continuously. According to the footage, the accused stood outside the house and fired indiscriminately. During this phase, around nine rounds were fired. However, the moment he saw the armed miscreants, he immediately hid behind a wall for his safety. The accused then left the spot for a brief period. Accused seen brandishing weapons in second video A second video of the incident has also surfaced, reportedly around 26 seconds long. In this footage, the same miscreants can be seen on another road in the colony. The accused are seen brandishing weapons and firing in a filmi style while hurling abuses. It is being reported that they fired around five rounds during this sequence. The emergence of the video has further spread fear among local residents, as the accused can be seen openly displaying weapons in a public place without any apparent fear. Returned for the third time, fired again In a third video, the miscreants are seen returning once again towards Radheshyam’s house. During this visit, they fired two more rounds before fleeing the scene. Based on all three videos and the CCTV footage, it has emerged that a total of 16 rounds were fired during the entire incident. The attack, which lasted for nearly two minutes, left the entire locality shaken. Police engaged in investigation using CCTV and videos Following the emergence of CCTV footage and videos, police have launched an investigation. The movements of the accused have been recorded in the footage, and efforts are underway to identify and arrest them. However, the motive behind the attack remains unclear. Police are trying to determine why the miscreants specifically targeted Radheshyam’s house and whether there was any previous dispute between the parties involved. Police searching for the accused Kotwali Police Station in-charge Amit Bhadauria said, “We received information about firing in the Azad Nagar area. Our team reached the spot immediately. CCTV footage has been seized and the accused are being identified. Our team will arrest the accused soon.”
