A young woman has accused a man of calling her and threatening to defame her if she did not come to his house. The incident reportedly took place on Saturday. The accused has been identified as Sharif Khan. The woman alleged that when she reached the house, two others, Yasmin Khan and Sharif’s brother, Muveen Khan, were also present there. She claimed that despite their presence, Sharif forced her into a room. According to the complaint, Sharif then tried to rape her. The woman resisted strongly, which led to a scuffle between them. During the struggle, Sharif fell to the ground and got injured. Police are expected to look into the matter based on the woman’s allegations. Accused fled when family arrived, injured from falling The young woman states that during this time, someone informed her family. Her family, who arrived at the scene, took the young woman out. Seeing her family, the accused started to flee and was injured after falling while running. Based on the victim’s complaint, Cantt police station has registered a case against Sharif Khan, Yasmin Khan, and Muveen Khan under sections including rape and other relevant charges. The police are investigating the entire matter.
