Man dies by suicide after late-night dispute with wife:Neighbours rush in after children cry out

A disturbing incident was reported Friday night in Indore’s Raoji Bazar area, where a man died by suicide after an argument with his wife. His two young sons were present in the house at the time. Hearing the children crying loudly, neighbours rushed to the spot. They broke open the gate and found the man inside. Police were informed and reached the scene, after which the body was sent to MY Hospital. Young man worked at a hotel According to police, the deceased was identified as Manoj Jatav, son of Kalyan Jatav and a resident of Radha Govind Baghicha. He lived in a rented house and worked as a cook at a hotel near Sarvate Bus Stand. Wife had left with daughter The deceased’s brother-in-law, Bhura Jatav, said Manoj had argued with his wife earlier that night, after which she left for a relative’s house with their one-year-old daughter. He said family members had met him shortly afterward and left, and they do not know what happened later. At the time of the incident, the couple’s two sons, aged three and two, were at home.
