Brandy and Monica, the R&B stars, will embark on their first tour this fall. The 24-city tour, named ‘The Boy Is Mine,’ starts October 16 in Cincinnati. It concludes December 7 in Houston. Kelly Rowland, Muni Long, and Jamal Roberts will be special guests. Pre-sale tickets begin June 26. General tickets go on sale June 27.
