3 minor boys gang-raped 9-year-old girl in Rajgarh:Accused lure girl into forest on pretext of feeding her dates

Three minor boys allegedly gangraped a 9-year-old girl in Rajgarh district. As per the information, the accused minors lured the victim to the forest and assaulted her. After the incident, the girl reached home crying. She informed her family members about the incident involving all three accused. The family has filed an FIR at Pachor police station. According to Pachor police, the victim studies in 3rd class. On Monday afternoon, around 1 pm, she had gone to the forest near the village to graze goats. During this time, a 12-year-old boy from the village was also grazing goats. Two other boys who had come to the forest to eat dates also arrived there with him. Lured her to the forest by offering dates According to the information, the three accused allegedly lured the minor girl on the pretext of playing house. They then persuaded her to accompany them into a nearby forest, saying they would give her dates to eat. After taking her to a secluded spot where no one was around, the accused allegedly committed the crimes one after another. They then abandoned the child at the scene and fled. After the incident, the student somehow came out from there and reached home. She was frightened and was crying continuously. Seeing her condition, family members asked her what had happened. After this, she told the family members about the entire incident that happened in the forest. Upon hearing this, the family members immediately took her to the police. Case registered under gangrape and POCSO Act After receiving the complaint, the police conducted a medical examination of the student. After confirmation in the medical examination, a case was registered under gangrape and the POCSO Act based on the victim’s statement and the family’s complaint. All three minors have been taken into custody and are being interrogated.
