On Thursday night in Morena, a 28-year-old labourer, Ram Adivasi, died after coming under a thresher machine while harvesting crops in Mohan Pura village under Chinnouni Police Station area. His torso was completely crushed inside the machine, and only the part below his waist remained outside. Ram had come from Sheopur with his wife, Mamta, to work at the farm of Kalla Sikarwar, where a team of labourers was harvesting crops at night using a thresher. During the operation, he suddenly got pulled into the machine. Shocked labourers immediately stopped work and informed the Chinnouni police.
