Although snowfall continues in the hills, the winter chill in Madhya Pradesh is fading. In over 15 cities, daytime temperatures have crossed 30°C, while nights remain above 10°C. The next two days will see slight cold, but minimum temperatures are expected to rise by 2–3°C thereafter. Meanwhile, night temperatures on Thursday–Friday reached 17°C or above in Narmadapuram and Sagar. Pachmarhi recorded the lowest at 8.2°C, Khajuraho 8.6°C, Mandsaur 9.7°C, Karoundi (Katni) 10°C, Rewa 10.2°C, and Rajgarh 10.4°C. Other cities also stayed above 10°C.
