Amir Hussain Lone was pursuing graduation in 2013 when he was selected for the para cricket team. Then he left his studies. Now he has resumed his studies and is pursuing graduation from Aryan Group of Colleges in Chandigarh. Amir Hussain Lone is a resident of Anantnag, Jammu and Kashmir. He is the captain of the Jammu and Kashmir Para Cricket Team. Not only this, Lone runs a para cricket academy in Jammu and Kashmir with the help of the Adani Foundation and is training disabled people to become cricketers.
