MP government reshuffles 26 IAS officers:Shivshekhar Shukla shifts to Revenue Board; Tarun Rathi assumes roles of Commissioner Tribal Development Secretary

Just before Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav departed for his Davos visit, 26 IAS officers were transferred on Sunday evening. Shivshekhar Shukla (1994 batch) has been removed from the additional charge of Additional Chief Secretary, Culture and Tourism, Religious Trusts and Endowments, and Home Department, and appointed as Chairman, Board of Revenue. Umakant Umrao (1996 batch) has been transferred from Principal Secretary, Mineral Resources Department and Animal Husbandry and Dairy Department, and made Principal Secretary, Animal Husbandry and Dairy Department. Meanwhile, Vishesh Gadpale (2008 batch) has been transferred from Secretary, Energy Department and MP Power Management Company, Jabalpur, and made Managing Director, MP Power Management Company and Secretary, Energy Department.
