The fake judicial order case linked to IAS officer Anusuchit Jati Janjati Adhikari Karmachari Sangh (AJJAKS) state president Santosh Verma has taken a significant new turn with the transfer of the Sessions Judge who had granted bail to the accused in the matter. According to information, the Registrar General of the Madhya Pradesh High Court has issued a transfer order for Sessions Judge Prakash Kasera, who was posted at the Indore District Court. He has been transferred from Indore to the Rampur Sessions Court. The transfer order was passed a day earlier. In 2021, MG Road Police Station in Indore registered Crime No. 155/2021 against IAS officer Santosh Verma on charges of preparing and using fake judicial orders. The case involves serious allegations of manipulation of court documents. Formerly posted Indore judge Virendra Singh Rawat and his court typist Neetu Singh are named as accused in the case. Bail granted to accused Sessions Judge Prakash Kasera had earlier granted anticipatory bail to accused judge Virendra Singh Rawat. Subsequently, court typist Neetu Singh was granted bail on December 19, 2025, during the remand period after her arrest by the police. Transfer raises questions The transfer of the Sessions Judge who granted bail has added a new dimension to the case and is being viewed as a crucial development amid ongoing legal proceedings related to the alleged fake judicial orders. The matter continues to remain under scrutiny as investigations and judicial processes move forward.
