China has expressed its support for Russia’s proposal to revive the Russia-India-China (RIC) troika, a consultative forum for discussing global and regional issues. Moscow is actively negotiating with Beijing and New Delhi for the resumption of RIC. The initiative follows S Jaishankar’s visit to China for the SCO foreign ministers meeting, where he met with his Chinese and Russian counterparts.
