The family has accused the meter reader of harassment, abetment to suicide, and unnatural acts. Police have registered a case of unnatural death and started an investigation. According to information, 26-year-old Ravi Jatav is a meter reader in an electricity company. About 4-5 months ago, he met the 17-year-old boy on Instagram. The minor had liked to dress up like a girl for the past 4 years. A love affair developed between the two. In April, both went to Vaishno Devi. On their return, on April 28-29, they secretly got married at the Sheetla Mata Temple in Gwalior. The teenager sometimes lived with the transgender community and used to roll puris with a confectioner to earn money. He has a younger brother. After his father’s death, his mother had remarried and started living separately. Both brothers lived with their grandparents. After the change in his personality, the minor lived alone in his house in Lahar. Went to Unnao for the honeymoon, met a transgender guru After the wedding, both went to Unnao (UP) for their honeymoon. Ravi said that there they met a transgender guru. The transgenders asked them to leave Kishore there to change his gender, but Kishore returned with Ravi. After this, both started living as husband and wife in Kishore’s house on Jail Road. According to information, the minor worshipped Kali Mata. On June 1, a dispute arose between the two upon their return On May 30, Ravi went to the village with his parents. On June 1, upon his return, he had a dispute with Kishore. The minor gave Ravi his bag and told him to leave. After this, his mobile phone became unreachable. On June 3, fearing something untoward, Ravi reached home and called his younger brother to open the latch. Kishore’s three-day-old body was found hanging from a noose made of a dupatta in the room. Allegation – Ravi said he hanged himself before entering the room The deceased’s brother alleges that Ravi had said, even before reaching the room, that his brother had hanged himself. He is also accused of deleting mobile data and breaking the SIM card. The family says that the minor was lured into marriage. Inappropriate relations were established with her. There is suspicion of torture and murder. Lahar Police Station in-charge Shivsingh Yadav informed that currently, the police have registered an FIR under sections of suicide and started an investigation.
