To highlight public issues and simplify the process of their resolution, a new segment called ‘Bhaskar Samadhan’ was launched on Monday on the Dainik Bhaskar News App. The key feature of this initiative is that citizens can now directly post their problems on the app. Concerned departmental officers and employees will be able to respond and update solutions on the same platform. The entire process will be visible to the public, ensuring greater transparency and accountability. The initiative was launched by Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav. In the first phase, it has been introduced in the Madhya Pradesh cities of Bhopal and Indore. Will be able to view complaints related to departments A key feature of the segment is that all relevant officials and employees have been given authority access on the Bhaskar app. Through this, they can view complaints related to their department, share updates on action taken, and indicate whether the issue has been resolved or is still under process. On the other hand, citizens who register complaints will also be able to confirm once the issue is resolved. This is described as the first such initiative in the media sector, where citizens can directly raise their voice and responsible officials can update the status with a single click. CM said – Platform will become a bridge between government and society Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav praised the initiative and said that ‘Bhaskar Samadhan’ will act as an effective medium to connect government and society by addressing needs and expectations. He said that the Central Government, State Government and local bodies are directly connected with public facilities and issues. This digital platform provides citizens an easy way to communicate their concerns to the concerned departments. Citizens will be able to share their problems along with photos and details, which will not only bring issues to light but also recognise officials and employees who ensure timely resolution. He added that the government is committed to good governance, transparency and accountability, and welcomes all such innovations that help in faster resolution of public issues.
