Brother of Dewas blast’s main accused arrested:SIT nabs Kapil Vij linked to factory operation from Delhi; explosion claimed 6 lives

In the Tonkkala firecracker factory blast case in Dewas, the SIT has arrested Kapil Vij, brother of the main accused Mukesh Vij, from Delhi. The police team had been raiding various locations in Delhi for several days. He was finally apprehended on Tuesday. Interrogation of the accused is ongoing. According to the police, Kapil Vij also played a significant role along with Mukesh Vij in the operation of the factory. This fact came to light during the interrogation of the accused and the victims. Following this, the police made Kapil the sixth accused in the case. An SIT team had left Dewas for Delhi and arrested Kapil during their operation. Being brought from Delhi to Dewas A total of six accused have been named in the incident so far. Initially, a case was registered against four accused. Later, Mukesh Vij was added as the main accused, and now his brother Kapil Vij has been arrested. SP Puneet Gehlod informed that Kapil Vij has been arrested and is being brought from Delhi to Dewas.
