Three people died, and two others were seriously injured in a road accident in Bhind early Tuesday morning. The accident took place near Gate No. 1 of Dandraua Dham. According to Mehgaon Police Station, five people were travelling from the Mau area towards Dandraua in a loading vehicle. A buffalo was also being transported in the vehicle. As the vehicle reached near Dandraua Dham Gate No. 1 on the Mehgaon-Mau main road, the driver lost control. The speeding vehicle crashed into a roadside tree and overturned. The accident was so severe that three people travelling in the vehicle died on the spot. The deceased were identified as 50-year-old Pritam Manjhi, his son Sunil Manjhi, both residents of Chholi village in Gwalior district, and Upendra Rana, a resident of Lakhanouti in Dabra area of Gwalior district. Pictures related to the accident Two seriously injured referred to Gwalior Ramroop Baghel, a resident of Aeroli, and Manvendra Thakur were injured in the accident. Police from Mehgaon police station reached the spot after receiving information and shifted the injured to the Community Health Centre. After primary treatment, both were referred to Gwalior for further treatment. SDOP Sanjay Kochha said the bodies have been sent for post-mortem examination.
