A Swift car caught fire after colliding with an 11 KV electricity pole on the Dabra-Gwalior Highway. Two young men were burnt alive in the incident. He had come from Chhatarpur to Shivpuri to attend it. Avinash, Avdhesh and Ram ji from Shivpuri had gone to Gwalior in a car. While returning, they had kept leftover firecrackers from a wedding in the car. Avdhesh was driving the car. It is being suspected that Avdhesh dozed off. After this, the car collided with an electric pole. After the accident, the pole broke from the middle. An 11 KV line fell on top of the car. Avdhesh had gotten married just two years ago After this, both front doors of the car got locked. Avinash was sitting in the back. Due to the collision, the rear gates opened and Avinash fell out. Avdhesh and Ramji got trapped inside the car. They and people passing by tried hard to extinguish the fire, but the fire was so intense that it could not be brought under control.
