IMD warns of storms, rain in MP for next 4-days:39 districts under alert; strong winds expected

In MP, this time May began with storms, rain, and hailstones instead of intense heat. On Monday, hailstones fell in more than 15 districts, while strong winds blew and it also rained. Similar weather will continue on Tuesday. The Meteorological Center Bhopal has issued an alert for storms with speeds of 40 to 60 kmph and rain in 39 districts of the state. The speed of the storm will be highest in Jabalpur, Singrauli, Sidhi, Shahdol, Umaria, and Katni. Meanwhile, there is a possibility of rain in Bhopal, Raisen, Sehore, Rajgarh, Vidisha, Narmadapuram, Betul, Gwalior, Guna, Shivpuri, Datia, Ashoknagar, Morena, Bhind, Sheopur, Chhindwara, Seoni, Narsinghpur, Balaghat, Mandla, Dindori, Pandhurna, Rewa, Satna, Mauganj, Maihar, Anuppur, Sagar, Panna, Damoh, Chhatarpur, Tikamgarh, and Niwari. According to the Meteorological Department, the weather will remain clear in the Indore-Ujjain division, i.e., Indore, Dhar, Alirajpur, Burhanpur, Barwani, Khandwa, Khargone, Jhabua, Ujjain, Neemuch, Agar-Malwa, Mandsaur, Shajapur, Dewas, Ratlam, and Harda. Due to the system, a change in weather is certainly expected in some districts.
