Now mandatory determination will not be required for every game. Two-Tier System for User Safety Changes in Promotion and Refund Rules The new guidelines have removed provisions related to game promotion. Now different ministries can design promotion schemes according to their plans. Opinions Taken from 2,500 Stakeholders Before finalizing these rules, the government had taken suggestions from about 2,500 people including industry bodies, law firms and academic experts.
