Addressing the nation on Labour Day, billionaire Gautam Adani announced that his conglomerate is setting up centres to provide food to more than 1 lakh workers daily in two different towns of Mundra and Khavda. Adani said that he believes his group’s progress depends upon enhancing fundamentals. Adani says that to keep growing his group will have to focus on improving fundamentals. He draws the following three-layer models to help achieve company’s ambitions: 3 layer model: Purpose of the three-layer model is to achieve greatness. We want to do the work of three days in just three hours. We have a lot of young engineers who deserve the opportunity to make progress in life. Partnership model: Adani Groups’ real power is its employees as they compensate each other giving direction to the operations of the conglomerate. More than 100 contractors work at many sites. We want to work in partnership with people. Adani Skills Centre: The ace industrialist says that his company will set up ‘Adani Skills Centre’ to capitalise on the skills of citizens to drive nations’s growth. He adds that people wil be trained at his centre. He says that powers of three rivers of Ganga, Yamuna and Saraswati increase when these merge with each other. Adani Group aims to hire only local people someday The business tycoon says that at one stage the Adai Group would aim to hire only local people. He adds that his labours should get nutritious noshe. The group will manufacture cloud kitchen to provide food to more than 1 lakh labourers daily. Honouring workers on Labour Day, Adani added that it was this very day that he had tied the knot with his 40 years ago.
