Gold and silver have seen gains on April 8, after a two-week ceasefire between the US and Iran. According to the India Bullion and Jewellers Association (IBJA), 10 grams of 24-carat gold has increased by ₹4,000 to reach ₹1.52 lakh. Earlier on April 7, its price was ₹1.48 lakh per 10 grams. Meanwhile, one kilogram of silver has increased by ₹13,000 to reach ₹2.44 lakh. Earlier, it was at ₹2.31 lakh per kilogram.
