The Board of Control for Cricket in India will honour three legendary figures of Indian cricket, Roger Binny, Rahul Dravid and Mithali Raj with the prestigious Col. C. K. Nayudu Lifetime Achievement Award. The awards will be presented at the upcoming BCCI Naman 2026 Awards ceremony scheduled to take place on Sunday, March 15. Moreover, India’s ODI captain, Shubman Gill, is set to receive Polly Umrigar Award for the men’s best international cricketer of the year 2024-25, followed by Smriti Mandhana in the women’s category. India Women’s vice-captain will also be honoured for being the highest run-scorer in ODIs. However, Ayush Mhatre of Mumbai will receive the Lala Amarnath Award for the best all-rounder in domestic limited overs competitions for the 2024–25 season, while Vidarbha’s Harsh Dubey will receive the Lala Amarnath Award for the best all-rounder in the Ranji Trophy for the 2024–25 season. Lifetime Achievement Award for Roger Binny, Rahul Dravid Mithali Raj In Naman 2026, BCCI is set to honour Roger Binny and Rahul Dravid will be bestowed with the Col. C. K. Nayudu Lifetime Achievement Award, the BCCI’s highest honour, recognising outstanding service to Indian cricket.
However, Mithali Raj will receive the BCCI Lifetime Achievement Award for Women, recognising her extraordinary contribution to the growth and global stature of women’s cricket in India. Shubman Gill, Smriti Mandhana to be honoured with Polly Umrigar Award At the BCCI Naman Awards 2026, scheduled to take place on March 15 in New Delhi, Shubman Gill will be honoured with the Polly Umrigar Award for the 2024–25 season. This will be the second time Gill receives the prestigious award for his outstanding performances for India in international cricket. Meanwhile, Smriti Mandhana will be awarded the Best International Cricketer (Women) honour. This marks the fifth time in her career that Mandhana will receive the award, highlighting her consistent performances and major contributions to Indian women’s cricket. Ayush Mhatre, Harsh Dubey to be awarded with Lala Amarnath Award Ayush Mhatre from Mumbai will be honoured with the Lala Amarnath Award for the Best All-rounder in domestic limited-overs competitions for the 2024–25 season, recognising his outstanding performances with both bat and ball. Meanwhile, Harsh Dubey of Vidarbha will receive the Lala Amarnath Award for Best All-rounder in the Ranji Trophy for the 2024–25 season, following his impressive all-round display in India’s premier domestic red-ball competition.
