Birthday celebration turns violent in Ratlam:Mahakal temple security guard fires gun, neighbour hit by bullet; police detain accused

A celebratory firing incident has come to light during a birthday party in Alot, Ratlam district. During the firing, the bullet went forward instead of towards the sky and hit a young man living in the neighborhood. Upon receiving information, the police reached the spot, and the injured person was admitted to a private hospital. Incident details Accused works as security guard at Mahakal Temple Aalot police station in-charge Munendra Gautam said that the young man who fired the shot works as a security guard at the Mahakal Temple in Ujjain. He was celebrating his birthday at his home. During this celebratory firing, a neighboring young man was injured. Police are investigating the entire incident.
