According to the cricketer’s wife, her husband forces a physical relationship even when she is ill. He also takes away the money she earns from modelling. Troubled by Amit’s behaviour, she once tries to take her life by drinking phenyl. She is later admitted to hospital. Garima tells the court that Amit is in contact with several girls. She says he calls and chats with them on the phone in front of her. Garima also alleges that Amit misleads many girls with promises of marriage and sexually exploits them. She says the police do not register her FIR because of her husband’s influence. Even after complaining to the Police Commissioner, no action is taken. After this, she files the case through the court. She demands ₹1 crore as compensation. So far, Garima has filed three cases against Amit.
