BJP leader dies after road accident injuries:Case filed against bike rider and ambulance crew following negligence claims

BJP leader Hanumat Singh Thakur, who was injured in a road accident in Khimlasa of Bina, died during treatment on Wednesday. Family members and villagers surrounded the Khimlasa police station, accusing ambulance staff of serious negligence. They say that when the ambulance carrying injured Hanumat reached the private hospital in Sagar, its back gate was open. Instead of being on a stretcher, Hanumat Singh was lying bloodied on the ambulance floor. Seeing this scene, family members became angry and beat up the ambulance pilot, Pushpendra, on the spot. After Hanumat’s death during treatment on Wednesday, family members and villagers reached the police station with the body. After the protest, police registered a case against the ambulance pilot, the EMT, and the bike rider who caused the collision. First referred to Malthon, then to Sagar Actually, Hanumant Singh Thakur, a resident of Semra Ganpat village and General Secretary of Khimlasa Rural Council, met with a road accident on March 1st. An unknown bike rider had hit him hard from the front. In an injured condition, he was first taken to Malthon by an 108 ambulance and then to Sagar for better treatment. Police conducting detailed investigation of the case The administration took action considering the seriousness of the case and the anger of the villagers. Khimlasa Station In-charge Radheshyam Patel said that a case of negligence has been registered against the bike driver with number UP94 AE 0302, along with 108 ambulance EMT Hemraj Patel and pilot Pushpendra Ahirwar. A detailed investigation of the case is being conducted. During the protest on Wednesday, local farmer leader Inder Singh also reached the police station. Taking aim at the ruling party, the BJP, he said that no senior leader came to check on someone who had devoted his entire life to serving the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh and the BJP during their difficult time. There is also considerable resentment among workers regarding this indifference.
