Audio clip adds twist to cow smuggling probe:Attempt to settle case surfaces; ‘Chamda’s family wants to meet’ says Rajesh

A new audio clip involving dismissed railway employee Rajesh Tiwari has surfaced in Bhopal. It has been released by Bhanu Hindu. The claim is that the voice in the clip is that of Rajesh Tiwari, who is heard speaking to Bhanu Hindu and allegedly attempting a settlement in the case linked to Aslam Chamada. Earlier, in a separate video, Rajesh Tiwari was seen saying that Bhanu could also be “managed”. He is heard telling Bhanu that “Chamada’s family” wanted to meet and that a meeting between the two sides could be arranged. Bhanu refuses in the conversation, saying it would not be appropriate to meet as the matter is sub judice. He is also heard stating that there would be no compromise in the case. Container filled with beef was caught in December On 17 December 2025, a container loaded with beef was seized near the Police Headquarters (PHQ) premises by Bhanu Hindu, president of the Jai Bhavani Hindu organisation, along with his team. Twenty days later, a lab report confirmed the meat to be beef, following which police registered a case. The matter is currently under consideration in court. It is in connection with this case that Rajesh Tiwari allegedly called Bhanu Hindu to seek a settlement. The matter did not proceed further at that time. Meanwhile, on 28 February 2026, Nishatpura police arrested Rajesh Tiwari on charges of blackmail and demanding ₹3 lakh. A video also surfaced allegedly showing him negotiating and accepting money from a close aide of Aslam Chamada. Aslam Chamda’s name in discussion regarding beef smuggling In the alleged beef smuggling case, Aslam Chamada has been named as an accused. It is alleged that Rajesh Tiwari was negotiating on his behalf to have the matter settled. In an earlier video clip, Rajesh was purportedly heard saying that Bhanu Hindu would also be “set”. The newly released audio is being seen as a continuation of that sequence. Arrested former railway employee says – Minister Sarang has enmity with RSS According to another video that surfaced, Rajesh Tiwari is allegedly heard saying that protests should avoid mentioning Aslam’s name and instead divert the matter towards Minister Vishvas Sarang. He is also heard saying that if he is not removed from the ministerial post, his name should be changed. In the video, a person asks him whether he has any personal enmity with the minister. Rajesh replies that he does not have personal enmity, but that the entire RSS does. He also claims that preparations are underway to remove the minister and that changes would be made during a cabinet expansion.
