A video has come out from Morena showing Jaura police station in-charge Darshan Lal Shukla celebrating his birthday inside the police station and dancing with known criminals. The celebration reportedly started around 9pm on February 28 within the police station premises. In the video, the officer is seen wearing garlands while a cake is cut. A number of people are standing in a queue to wish him. The celebration appears to be taking place openly inside the station. History-sheeter bike thief Lavkush Sharma, who belongs to the Kotwali police station area, is also seen in the video. He lifts the station in-charge onto his shoulders and dances while carrying him around the entire police station premises. The footage shows Lavkush moving around with the officer on his shoulders, while police staff and other people follow behind them. After the video surfaced, SP Sameer Saurabh took action.
