The first agriculture cabinet, chaired by Dr. Mohan Yadav’s government, will be held on Monday at Shikhardham in Nagalwadi, Barwani. The 8-acre garden built at the foothills of Bhilatdev Temple has been given the form of a temporary ministry. Here, large air-conditioned sheds have been prepared for agriculture-based exhibitions, green rooms, cabinet halls, and dining halls. The CM had made this announcement during the assembly session on February 24. This cabinet is the state’s sixth destination meeting. The cabinet will focus on the seven districts of Nimar: Khandwa, Khargone, Barwani, Burhanpur, Dhar, Jhabua, Alirajpur. According to the scheduled program, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, along with his cabinet, will reach Shikhardham around 12 PM to offer prayers to Baba Bhilat Dev. After this, a cabinet meeting will be held, which will be attended by more than 25 ministers. After the meeting, the Chief Minister will also interact with people from the tribal community. The Chief Minister and the cabinet will also participate in the Bhagoria Haat of Julwania. On Sunday, district in-charge minister Gautam Tetwal reached Nagalwadi and inspected the meeting venue. Out of 28 seats in these districts, 14 are held by Congress and 14 by BJP. The government wants to influence tribal voters for the assembly elections to be held in 2028.
