The police recovered a cutter and the stolen bike from his possession. He is addicted to watching objectionable content on social media. His relationship with his wife is strained. On the day of the incident, he had an argument with his wife, drank alcohol throughout the day, and went out after dark on the stolen bike to commit the attack. He claimed that this gave him a sense of satisfaction. Four porn films found on his phone Police seized the accused’s mobile phone, which contained four downloaded porn films. His search history showed repeated visits to porn sites. Devendra admitted that he watched porn before the attacks, then made obscene comments to the victims, and attacked them with a cutter when they objected.
