In Narwar, Shivpuri, when a policeman stopped a bike for not wearing a helmet, MLA Ramesh Khatik’s brother, Bhagchandra, threatened him on the road, saying, ‘Now you will drop my bike home.’ The policeman refused, saying he wouldn’t take the bike even if stripped of his uniform.
