Mohammed Shami records 5-wicket haul in Ranji Trophy:Chandigarh beats Kerala by an innings and 92 runs; Bengal, Jharkhand, Mumbai, MP near win

The sixth round matches of the Ranji Trophy are being played. On Saturday, the third day of the match, Chandigarh beat last year’s runner-up Kerala by an innings and 92 runs. Bengal’s fast bowler Mohammed Shami took 5 wickets, bringing his team close to victory. Chhattisgarh is also close to defeating Delhi. Group A: Jharkhand close to third victory Jharkhand is very close to beating Uttar Pradesh on the third day itself. After scoring 561 runs in the first innings, the team bowled out UP for 176 runs. Batting first in Bengaluru, Delhi could only score 216 runs. Chhattisgarh scored 505 runs. Now in the second innings, Delhi has scored 158 runs, losing 3 wickets, and the team is still 131 runs behind.
