In Neemuch, a trailer crushed two young men on a bike, dragging them about 50 feet. The trailer broke an iron railing and stopped after hitting and breaking electric poles, tearing the victims’ bodies to shreds. The accident occurred on Thursday night at Bharbhadia Fante in the Cantt police station area. A crane was called to extract the bodies, but failed, and three bulldozers were eventually used to remove them after strenuous efforts late into the night. A high-speed trailer, carrying cement clinker from Nimbahera and heading towards Mandsaur, collided with a bike (RJ092M5550) riders who were going from Neemuch to Jawad. The collision was so severe that the trailer dragged the bike for about 50 feet. After this, it broke the iron railing at the intersection and entered a nearby field. During this, electricity poles also broke, causing sparking in the 11,000 KV high-tension line and creating chaos in the area. Crane could not move the trailer Bodies extracted with help of three JCBs
Three JCB machines were called to extract the bodies. The clinker was emptied from the trailer right on the road, after which the work of extracting the bodies trapped under the heavy wheels and cabin began. After a rescue operation that lasted about three hours, the first body could be extracted at 11:30 PM, while it took until 12:30 AM to extract the second body.
