Nurses at Raisen District Hospital accused the head constable of misbehavior. On Tuesday, nurses locked the police outpost located within the hospital premises. The nurses demanded immediate action against the head constable. Doctors, along with nurses, also protested within the hospital premises, alleging that Head Constable Krishna Pal misbehaved with them during duty. A written complaint regarding the matter was filed with the Collector and Superintendent of Police three days ago. However, despite the complaint, healthcare workers are agitated as no concrete action has been taken against the head constable. Arrived wearing black armbands in protest Angered by the administration’s indifference, the nurses closed the police outpost and registered their protest. The protesting nurses warned that if action is not taken against the accused head constable soon, they will stop work and be forced to launch a fierce agitation. They said that if those who provide security themselves misbehave, how will they be able to work in a safe environment? In this protest, doctors also supported the nurses by wearing black armbands. This is the whole matter of the dispute The dispute started three days ago, on Saturday night, when some patient’s relatives arrived at the district hospital. During this time, an argument broke out between the head constable and a nurse over some issue. Following this, the head constable also submitted a memorandum accusing the nurse of misbehavior. Agreement between both parties in the evening Late in the evening, an agreement was reached between the staff nurse and the head constable in this matter. In the presence of Civil Surgeon Dr. Yashpal Balyan and Station House Officer Narendra Goyal, the nurse and the head constable reached an agreement by mutual consent. He said that a mistake had been made inadvertently. This will not happen again from now on, and they will work together. The dispute has been resolved by mutual consent of both parties. Now both parties will cooperate with each other in the hospital and will continue to serve the public.
