A jeweler died of a heart attack while doing yoga at Tulsi Sarovar Park in Ashoknagar on Sunday morning. According to information, Narendra Soni (55) suddenly fell to the ground and became unconscious while doing Surya Namaskar. The incident occurred around 5:45 in the morning. Narendra Soni had come to the park to do yoga as per his daily routine. According to eyewitnesses, he was performing Surya Namaskar when he suddenly stumbled and fell. People doing yoga with him first called out to him, then tried to wake him up by shaking him. Some people also tried to give CPR, but no movement was seen in the body. Doctors declared dead in hospital Meanwhile, Head Constable Rajkumar Kushwah, who was patrolling in the Tulsi Sarovar area, received information about this. Kushwah immediately reached the spot with fellow policemen and, seeing the seriousness of the situation, without delay, took Narendra Sony to the district hospital in a government vehicle. However, doctors at the hospital declared him dead after examination. According to doctors, death occurred due to a silent attack. According to doctors, taking an early morning bath in winter and wearing fewer clothes in cold weather can also cause heart attacks. Due to cold, the body’s blood vessels constrict, which puts extra pressure on the heart. Doctors have advised people to wear at least two layers of warm clothes while doing yoga or exercise in the morning during winter and to warm up the body first. Second death in a year during yoga Narendra Soni had been practicing yoga for a long time and used to come to Tulsi Sarovar Park every morning for yoga. It should be noted that yoga practice at Tulsi Sarovar Park was started by Dr. Pawan Singhal. Last year, Dr. Pawan Singhal also died of a heart attack during yoga near the park.
