A video showing a physical clash following a dispute over a car collision has surfaced from the Hira Nagar police station area of Indore. The incident took place on Friday in the Sukhliya locality, and the video later went viral on social media. Based on complaints from both sides, the police have registered cross FIRs and started an investigation. Dispute erupted after minor collision According to Additional DCP Rajesh Dandotiya, preliminary investigation revealed that the altercation occurred after a minor vehicle collision. Manoj Maderia was travelling with his son when the dispute began. It is reported that Manoj had gone to pick up his son from school, who was appearing for examinations, and they were returning home when the incident took place. During the argument, Sagar Bamdale and his associates allegedly assaulted Manoj in front of his son. A crowd gathered at the spot after the clash, and the situation escalated before police intervention. Complaint by Sagar Bamdale Based on a complaint filed by Sagar Bamdale, a resident of Bhagyalakshmi Colony, Hira Nagar police registered a case against Manoj Maderia and one of his associates. Sagar told police that he was riding his motorcycle near Motherland School when a scooter suddenly came in front of him. When he asked the rider to drive carefully, the scooter rider allegedly began abusing him. He further claimed, When I objected to the abusive language, the scooter rider assaulted me physically. He went to a nearby stationery shop, picked up an object, and struck me. Counter complaint by Manoj Maderia Meanwhile, based on Manoj Maderia’s complaint, police also registered a case against Sagar Bamdale and his associate Anuj Dixit. Manoj stated that while he was turning his vehicle, Sagar and Anuj came from the opposite direction and started abusing him over the turn. Manoj alleged that when he asked them not to use abusive language, Anuj initiated a fight and Sagar struck him with an iron pipe lying nearby, resulting in injuries. Police register cross FIRs Police have confirmed that cases have been registered against both parties, and the viral video is being examined as part of the investigation. Further action will be taken after statements are recorded and evidence is reviewed.
