Indian team reaches Cuttack for T20I series:About 45,000 spectators expected to attend match against South Africa on 9 Dec

The first T20 match between India and South Africa will be played on December 9 at Barabati Stadium in Cuttack. Preparations for the match in the city and stadium are almost complete. Seating arrangements have been made for approximately 45,000 spectators, and robust security and facility arrangements have been put in place for them. The Indian team arrived in Cuttack on Sunday. Both teams were brought to Cuttack from Bhubaneswar Airport via four buses. Here, the players spent about 45 minutes on the ground and then returned to their hotel. Three-tier security system in the stadium A three-tier security system has been implemented in the stadium. The route chart and traffic plan from Bhubaneswar to Cuttack have also been reviewed in detail. On practice and match days, the safety of players will be given top priority. Under this, a motorcade rehearsal of team buses was also conducted, so that immediate response can be given in case of any emergency.
