Robert Vadra demands re-election in Bihar:Says in Indore, ‘People aren’t happy with mandate’; alleges EC’s role influenced the results

By this statement, Congress MP Priyanka Gandhi’s husband Robert Vadra on Sunday alleged that the people of Bihar are dissatisfied with the recent Assembly election results and blamed the Election Commission for the outcome. Speaking in Indore, he said the results ‘came with the help of the Election Commission’ and claimed that citizens do not accept them. Vadra asserted that fresh elections should be held in Bihar, adding that if polls take place again, ‘the result will be reversed.’ Says, ‘Youth will join Rahul Gandhi’s movement’ Vadra said Rahul Gandhi would connect with the youth and protest “for democracy.” He alleged that the current government’s actions are unacceptable to the younger generation. He said, The country needs change. Whatever the government is doing is wrong. Today’s youth don’t like this. We will fight for this, for which we need Shiva’s strength. 2-day religious visit in Madhya Pradesh Robert Vadra is on a two-day religious tour in Madhya Pradesh. He said he frequently visits Ujjain and believes it gives him ‘Shiva’s power’. Vadra will visit Ujjain and the Omkareshwar Jyotirlinga on November 17. He will also take a dip in the Narmada River and perform rituals as part of his spiritual itinerary.
