An unusual sight was seen in Burhanpur on Wednesday. Here, an Arms Act accused arrived at the court premises riding a horse. People were amazed to see this unique style and immediately made a video and posted it on social media. The accused has been identified as Sheikh Shakeel, who is known locally as ‘Shakeel Badmash’ or ‘Shakeel Don’. He is a resident of Bairi Maidan in the Kotwali police station area. Shakeel said that he is disabled and cannot walk properly due to leg problems. That’s why he rode a horse to court for his appearance. He used his old tonga horse. He tied his horse at a spot near the court premises and then went inside for the hearing. The video of arriving at court in this unique style started being shared. Some people said that he had come in his four-wheeler, while in the video, he can be seen on horseback. Several cases of fights and disputes are registered against Shakeel. He used to drive a horse cart earlier; he also owns a horse.
