Automobile company Maruti Suzuki India reported a total revenue of ₹43,290 crore in the second quarter of fiscal year 2025-26, marking an 11% increase compared to the same period last year, when the company had earned ₹38,972 crore. During this quarter, the company sold 5.50 lakh cars. After deducting expenses such as salaries, taxes, and raw material costs from the total revenue, the company recorded a consolidated net profit of ₹3,349 crore. This is 8% higher than the profit in the July–September quarter of 2025. Last year, the company had earned a profit of ₹3,102 crore. Revenue increased 13% to ₹42,344 crore In the second quarter, the company generated revenue of ₹42,344 crore from selling products and services, marking a 13% increase year-on-year. In July–September 2024, the company had generated revenue of ₹37,449 crore. Car sales increased by 1.7% in the second quarter Maruti Suzuki sold a total of 5,50,874 cars in the second quarter. The company’s domestic market sales decreased by 5.1% during this period, while exports grew by 42.2%. As a result, overall sales increased by 1.7%. The company sold 4,40,387 cars domestically, and 1,10,487 cars were exported. Maruti’s share rose 46% in one year After the second quarter results, Maruti Suzuki’s share is trading at ₹16,215, up 0.056% today. The stock has delivered a 32% return in the last six months. Since January 1 this year, the share price has risen 45%, and over the past one year, it has increased by 46%. Maruti Suzuki’s market capitalization is ₹5.10 lakh crore.
