A female tehsildar slapped a farmer on Monday during a fertiliser distribution at the agricultural produce market in Devri tehsil in Sagar. Tehsildar Preeti Rani Chaurasia reportedly lost her temper when a farmer accidentally touched her amid the crowd while tokens were being handed out.
