MPRDC AGM’s car hits bike on Balaghat-Seoni highway:Husband and wife die, son critically injured as bike gets dragged

In Seoni, the car of MPRDC’s AGM ran over a family on a bike. The husband and wife died on the spot in the accident. The son was seriously injured. The bike got stuck in the car and was dragged for a long distance. Incident details AGM going from Chhindwara to Balaghat Police said an AGM Mukesh Bele, working in the MPRDC Chhindwara Divisional Unit, was going from Chhindwara to Balaghat in a Bolero vehicle (MP 28 ZC 2221) with driver Ajay Satnami. His posting is in Balaghat. The driver tried to overtake the vehicle going ahead. During this, a bike rider came in front of the car. Bele was supposed to attend the TL meeting on Monday. After the accident, he could not attend the meeting. AGM and the driver not injured Barghat Police Station in-charge Mohnish Bais informed that after the inquest proceedings, the bodies of the deceased were post-mortemed and handed over to their families.
