A seven-year-old girl, Jyotsna Dehuri, was accidentally locked inside her classroom at Anjar Upper Primary School in Keonjhar district after falling asleep. She was found the next morning with her head stuck in a window grill. Following the incident, which sparked local tension, Headmaster Goura Charan Mohanta was suspended for alleged negligence after an inquiry by education officials.
