Jagdish Khima Rathod, a Central Power Engineering Service (CPES) officer from the 2002 batch, has also received a tenure extension as CVO of Deendayal Port Authority (DPA), Kandla, under the Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways. His deputation has been extended for two years beyond June 2, 2025, up to June 2, 2027, or until further orders Piyush Ranjan, an officer of the Indian Defence Service of Engineers (IDSE) from the 2002 batch, has been appointed as the CVO of Engineering Projects India Ltd. (EPIL), Delhi. The appointment, under the Ministry of Heavy Industries will be effective until June 14, 2027, or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Similarly, Bhagwandas Gajbiate, an Indian Ordnance Factories Service (IOFS) officer from the 2008 batch, has been appointed as the CVO of Manganese Ore India Ltd. (MOIL), Nagpur, under the Ministry of Steel. His tenure will continue until March 22, 2027, or until further orders. In addition to these appointments, the ACC has approved the extension of tenure for two serving CVOs. Pratima Gupta, an IOFS officer from the 1992 batch, will continue as CVO of Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI), Delhi, under the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy. Her tenure has been extended for two years beyond June 12, 2025, up to June 12, 2027, or until further orders Gavati Parag Harshad (IAS, 2013) has been appointed as Private Secretary to the Minister for Tribal Affairs, Jual Oram. A. Muthukumar (IAS, 2009) will serve as Private Secretary to NITI Aayog Vice Chairperson Dr. S K. Bery. Shrikesh Lathkar (IAS, 2011) has been re-designated as Private Secy (Dy Secy level) to the Minister for Civil Aviation, Kinjarapu Rammohan Naidu. Abhay Jain, Director (CSS), has been appointed as OSD to the Minister of State for Corporate Affairs and Road Transport & Highways, Harsh Malhotra. S. Suresh (IPS, 1995) has received a one-year extension as ADG in SPG beyond March 8, 2025. Dr. Shalia Shah (IFS, 2012) will continue as Dy Secy in the Dept of Higher Education for two more years. Gaurav Sharma (CWES, 2008), FA&CAO, CAT Principal Bench, New Delhi, has been granted a one-year extension until February 28, 2026. Baldeo Purushartha (IAS, 2002), JS Dept of Economic Affairs, has been granted a one-year extension beyond March 11, 2025. The tenure of Vinay Kaushal (IRS, 2011), Private Secretary to the Minister for Railways, I&B, and IT, has been curtailed. Ms. Ankita Chakravarty (IAS, 2013) has been prematurely relieved as PS to the Minister for Women & Child Dev. and reassigned as Dy Secy in the Dept of Drinking Water & Sanitation until November 30, 2027. Additionally, Ms. Punya Salila Srivastava (IAS, 1993), Secretary, Department of Health and Family Welfare, has been assigned an additional charge of Secretary, Department of Health Research. IAS Madhu Rani Teotia has been appointed as Secretary to Chief Minister Rekha Gupta and IAS Sandeep Kumar Singh ingh and IAS Ravi Jha as Special Secretary to Chief Minister. IAS Azimul Haque has been appointed as CEO Delhi Waqf Board,* and IAS Sachin Rana as Additional Electoral Officer with additional charge of Member Delhi Jal Board.
