A 17-year-old student was attacked with acid at a bus stop in Pernem on Monday morning while en route to college in Mapusa. Unknown assailants on a bike threw acid on the boy, causing burn injuries. The victim is currently receiving medical treatment at Goa Medical College in Bambolim, and police are investigating the case.
