India legend Virat Kohli and Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma bought a new house in Versova, Mumbai, worth ₹18.29 crore. The couple currently live in London with their kid for a better lifestyle and education of Vamika and Akaay. According to The Telegraph’s report, Virat and Anushka currently live in the Notting Hill district of London. However, the address isn’t confirmed by the couple yet. Notably, in January they had also bought a property in Alibaug. Virat, Anushka buy new house in Mumbai of ₹18.29 crore As Hindustan Times quoted Zapkey in the report, the apartment is located on a higher floor of the Godrej Skyshore project in Versova’s Andheri West area. The property includes an exclusive area of 316 sq ft along with three dedicated parking spaces. The transaction was registered on 21 July, 2026, with a stamp duty payment of ₹1.09 crore and registration charges of ₹30,000. Based on the sale value and carpet area, the apartment was purchased at an estimated rate of ₹69,159 per sq ft, highlighting the continued demand for premium homes in Mumbai’s western suburbs. Couple bought second house in Alibaug on January In January 2026, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma expanded their real estate portfolio by purchasing over five acres of land in Zirad village near Awas Beach in Alibaug for around ₹37.86 crore. According to property documents accessed by CRE Matrix, the deal involved two adjoining land parcels covering nearly 21,010 square metres and was officially registered on January 13, 2026. The celebrity couple has continued to invest in Alibaug after previously buying an eight-acre plot in 2022 for nearly ₹19 crore. They have since built a luxurious villa on the property, equipped with premium amenities, including a temperature-controlled swimming pool, a bespoke kitchen, four bathrooms, a jacuzzi, a spacious garden, covered parking, and staff quarters. Virat Kohli’s real estate business investments One of Virat Kohli’s most notable real estate investments is a luxury sea-facing apartment in Mumbai’s upscale Worli locality. The four-bedroom residence, spread across 7,171 square feet on the 35th floor, was reportedly purchased in 2016 for ₹34 crore. However, media reports later claimed that the cricketer cancelled the booking.
