BJP MLA Bhagwandas Sabnani said, Smart City has destroyed Bhopal. Big buildings have been built, but they lack even basic facilities. He suggested that the large commercial plots of Smart City should be made smaller, as large plots are not selling. This will increase buyers and also increase Smart City’s revenue.
