The video shows the accused entering the bank fully equipped, ransacking the locker room, and setting documents on fire in an apparent bid to destroy evidence. However, the police acted swiftly, arresting him at the scene and preventing what could have been a major robbery. The accused brought a chisel and hammer with him, with which he severely damaged the walls of the locker room. He made every effort to break the main locker. He had largely broken the first layer of the locker, but fortunately, the second part of the locker remained safe, preventing customers’ valuable items from being stolen. Documents set on fire The accused remained inside the bank for a considerable time. When he completely failed to break the locker, he set fire to the clothes kept there and important bank documents. In no time, the entire bank premises were filled with black smoke.
