A case of bike theft has come to light in Sai Dham Colony, under the Nilganga police station area of Ujjain. An unknown thief stole a Honda Shine motorcycle parked outside a house. The entire incident was captured on CCTV cameras installed in the colony, clearly showing the activities of the accused. Police have started searching for the accused based on the CCTV footage. Sonal Kumar Kokade, a resident of Sai Dham Colony, had his Honda Shine bike (number MP13ZM9252) parked in front of his house on Friday night. Around 8 PM, a young man arrived there. The young man was wearing a cap to conceal his identity, and a red cloth was visible in his hand. Stole bike in 1 minute 40 seconds According to the footage, the accused first surveys the situation by circling the bike. After this, he tampers with the bike’s lock with the help of a red cloth and breaks the lock in just 15 seconds. After this, he leaves the spot for some time. About one minute and 40 seconds later, he returns and flees with the bike. In the morning, when the family members did not see the bike, they searched nearby, but found no information. After this, CCTV footage was reviewed, which revealed the entire incident of theft. Local residents have demanded that the police take swift action based on the CCTV footage and apprehend the accused. People say that vehicle theft incidents are increasing in the area, which has raised safety concerns.
